Our spaces and location are ideal for small conferences, away days, academic groups, workshops and more.

Why bring a group here?

Unique setting - The Victorian Schoolhouse and new Glasshouse provide two contrasting and tranquil spaces within this rural and historic location of Cotesbach Estate. Each space seats up to roughly 30 people.

Ease of access - We are less than five minutes from M1 and M6, and 10 minutes to Rugby station. Accommodation is readily available in nearby Lutterworth.

Catering available - We can cater to a range of different budgets and specifications using local and seasonal produce in collaboration with the neighbouring Yard Cafe and Cotesbach Organic Garden. See catering options for more details.

Set up - We set up the spaces as you want them, and can provide additional kit such as speakers and a projector, additional tables and chairs and soft flooring as required. We take care of everything to make it simple and stress free to host your group.

Potential add ons - In collaboration with the wider Cotesbach Estate, it is possible to include access to the gardens of Cotesbach Hall, and add in activities such as heritage tours, foraging workshops and more.
